Our Nest
After 25 years of building a business together, Robin and Sonny hung up their entrepreneur hats and picked up glass cutters instead. Retirement brought a new kind of work β one measured not in profits, but in the way light dances through a finished piece.
The Glassy Nest is named for Robin β a nod to her name and the idea of a warm, handmade home. Nestled in Connecticut, we create stained glass pieces for families, homes, and hearts across the USA.
Every commissioned piece is made with intention, prayer, and love. We believe that when light passes through something beautiful, it carries a little bit of grace with it.

Robin & Sonny
We’re Robin and Sonny β a married couple who spent 25 years building a business from the ground up. When we finally handed over the keys, we didn’t stop creating. We just changed what we made.
Robin discovered stained glass art and was immediately captivated β the way colored glass transforms ordinary light into something transcendent felt like a calling. Sonny joined in, and now our studio is a place of joy, patience, and quiet music.
